* Special Marine Warning for...
  Neuse and Bay Rivers...
  Pamlico and Pungo Rivers...

* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 521 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 11 nm northwest of Blounts Bay to 19 nm west of The
  Vicinity Of Bath Creek, moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots and large hail.

  SOURCE...Public.

  IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high
           winds and hail. Small craft could capsize in suddenly
           higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  The Vicinity Of Slades Creek, The Vicinity Of Belhaven, Hobucken,
  Crabtree Bay, Bath, Blounts Bay, The Vicinity Of Bath Creek, Mid
  Point Of South Creek, and The Vicinity Of Pamlico Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
