.DISCUSSION...

Dry conditions are forecast today, with minimum RH values in the
low 50s near the burn site. Easterly winds will prevail around 10
mph, and may become slightly gusty up to 15 mph as the east coast
sea breeze develops roughly around noon and moves inland.
Afternoon smoke dispersion will be generally good. Winds will
slowly diminish overnight to around 5 mph. Fog is not currently
forecast near the burn site late tonight into Thursday morning.
Similar conditions are forecast on Thursday.
