...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WESTERN NEW LONDON...MIDDLESEX
AND CENTRAL NEW HAVEN COUNTIES THROUGH 930 AM EDT...

At 841 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Cheshire to Woodbridge. Movement was east at 45
mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
New Haven, Waterbury, Meriden, Middletown, Wallingford, Shelton,
Naugatuck, Guilford, Wolcott, Colchester, Clinton, East Hampton, Old
Saybrook, Durham, and Salem.
