High pressure will remain over the region today with warm and dry
temperatures continuing through Thursday. A cold front will move
through the region late Thursday afternoon or early evening. The
main impact from the front will be a significant increase in
southwest winds. Gusts from 25 to 35 mph possible on exposed
ridgetops and southwest facing slopes through Friday. The front
will also bring a return to cooler and wetter weather.
