* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Eastern Allegheny County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
  Fayette County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
  Southeastern Greene County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
  Western Westmoreland County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
  Southern Armstrong County in west central Pennsylvania...
  Southeastern Butler County in west central Pennsylvania...
  West Central Indiana County in west central Pennsylvania...
  North Central Preston County in northeastern West Virginia...
  Northeastern Monongalia County in northern West Virginia...

* Until 315 AM EDT Friday.

* At 910 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
  warned area. Between 0.8 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the
  warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

  Penn Hills, Morgantown, Monroeville, Greensburg, Uniontown,
  Jeannette, Connellsville, Vandergrift, Kittanning, Westover,
  Apollo, Plum, Murrysville, New Kensington, Lower Burrell, Harrison
  Township, North Versailles, White Oak, Arnold and Tarentum.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
