The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southwestern Coshocton County in east central Ohio...
  Northern Muskingum County in east central Ohio...

* Until 1230 AM EDT.

* At 1147 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Marne, or 7
  miles northeast of Newark, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
           power outages.

* Locations impacted include...
  Coshocton, Dresden, Frazeysburg, Warsaw, Conesville, Otsego, New
  Guilford, and Cooperdale.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM EDT for east central
Ohio.
