...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 6 PM PDT
TUESDAY ABOVE 3000 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow expected above 3000 feet. Total snow accumulations
  of 2 to 8 inches, heaviest above 3500 feet.

* WHERE...In Oregon, North Oregon Cascades and Cascades of
  Marion and Linn Counties. In Washington, South Washington
  Cascades.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 6 PM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions, especially during
  the night and morning hours.
