.DISCUSSION...

Dry overnight and throughout much of Tuesday before increasing
snow showers late in the evening towards sunset after 6PM. Snow
accumulations from sunset Tuesday evening to sunrise Wednesday
around around 1-2 inches. Higher accumulations expected later
Wednesday morning and into the afternoon. Increasing winds
throughout the day with peak gusts up to 40-50 mph in the
afternoon and over 50 mph once again towards sunset after 6PM.
Winds will not diminish until after midnight and subside into
Wednesday morning with gusts up to 20-30 mph by sunrise.
Temperatures in the 20s Tuesday and down to around 10 degrees
Tuesday night. Wind chill values even lower near 0 during the day
and well below zero overnight.
