.DISCUSSION...

Clouds are expected to scatter out later this morning after 0900,
redeveloping late in the afternoon by 1600. These clouds will be
much more short-lived, with mostly clear skies by 2300 tonight.
Southwest wind gusts up to 20 mph have already returned this
morning and are expected to continue through the rest of the day.
Winds will decrease by 2000 and stay light (10 mph or less)
through the night. South-southwest winds will increase Sunday
afternoon, with gusts up to 20 mph possible after 1200.
