The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Coleman County in west central Texas...
  Northeastern Concho County in west central Texas...
  Southeastern Runnels County in west central Texas...

* Until 1130 PM CDT.

* At 831 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area, moving northeast at 15 mph. Up
  to 3 feet of Hail has fallen between Millersview and the O H. Ivie
  Reservoir, and has made roads impassible. Between 1.5 and 2.5
  inches of rain has also fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to
  1.25 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
  ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Paint Rock, Leaday, Ivie Reservoir Near Concho Park Marina, Voss,
  Gouldbusk, Millersview, The Intersection Of Ranch Road 1929 And
  Ranch Road 2134, Mozelle, Fisk, Shields, The Intersection Of Us-83
  And Ranch Road 1929 and Us-83 Near The Concho-Runnels County Line.

This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
FM 1929 crossing Fuzzy Creek, County Road 348 crossing Bull Creek,
crossings along County Road 302, County Road 4508 crossing Duck
Creek, crossings along County Road 4508, Farm Road 1929 crossing and
Farm Road 1929 crossing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
