  Coastal Waters from Cabo San Juan to the waters between Anegada
  Island and Virgin Gorda and North 10 NM...
  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

At 635 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots, and heavy rainfall. These
thunderstorms were located along a line extending from , moving
northwest at 10 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
