SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS REMAINING POSSIBLE EACH DAY. HEAVY RAIN
WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGER STORMS, KEEPING AN ELEVATED
THREAT FOR FLASH FLOODING IN PLACE OVER THE REGION, MAINLY IN AND
NEAR THE BURN SCARS AND OVER GROUND THAT IS ALREADY SATURATED. AREA
TEMPERATURES WILL GRADUALLY WARM OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS, RETURNING
