  LOWEST IN THE VICINITY OF POINT SAINT GEORGE AND BROOKINGS...
  HIGHEST FROM GOLD BEACH TO CHARLESTON.

* IMPACTS...WHILE THE ENTIRE AREA IS EXPECTED TO BE IMPACTED...
  WAVES FROM THIS DIRECTION POSE THE GREATEST RISK TO SOUTH AND
  SOUTHWEST FACING BEACHES... JETTIES... AND PORTS SUCH AS PORT
  ORFORD. AREAS WITHIN LINE OF SITE TO THE OPEN OCEAN TO THE
  SOUTH AND SOUTHWEST WILL BE MOST IMPACTED. STAY A SAFE
  DISTANCE FROM THE OCEAN... BEACHES... JETTIES... AND
