DAYS AVERAGED OVER 14 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL...THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE
IN JANUARY WAS 25.9 DEGREES...WHICH IS 3.3 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.

0.57 INCHES OF MOISTURE FELL IN JANUARY...WHICH IS 0.02 INCHES BELOW
NORMAL. THE MONTHLY SNOWFALL OF 6.7 INCHES WAS 0.3 INCHES ABOVE
