REMARKS...

MANY WEATHER PARAMETERS THIS MONTH MAY WERE VERY TYPICAL FOR MAY.
THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH WAS NEAR SPOT-ON WITH
NORMAL...AND WHILE THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF PRECIPITATION WAS SOMEWHAT
LOWER THAN THE NORMAL VALUE...IT WAS NOT FAR FROM THE AVERAGE VALUE
OF OTHER MAY TOTAL ON RECORD. SMALL HAIL FELL ON MAY 18...BUT
OTHERWISE SEVERE WEATHER FROM STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WAS NONEXISTENT.
