.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE LOWER TEXAS COASTAL WATERS WILL
KEEP LIGHT TO MODERATE WINDS AND LOW TO MODERATE SEAS THROUGH THE
NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. THE PASSAGE OF ANOTHER COLD FRONT ON
FRIDAY...COMBINED WITH THE INTERACTION BETWEEN HIGH AND LOW
PRESSURE...WILL BRING MORE ADVERSE MARINE CONDITIONS THROUGH THE
WEEKEND. SMALL CRAFT EXERCISE CAUTION OR SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES
