.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Tropical Depression Cindy is now well inland, and will move north
to northeast in the next day before dissipating. Offshore winds
are slowly backing through west towards southerly by tonight.
Winds will enter a relative lull, but then pick back up to around
20 knots tonight. Some showers and embedded thunderstorms can be
expected for the next few days. We will continue to see onshore
flow into the weekend. Wind speeds will start around caution
level and slowly diminish towards light to moderate flow.
