.SYNOPSIS FOR SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
A frontal boundary will remain over the inner waters through Wed
morning. Another low pressure area is expected to develop well
offshore late Wednesday and then track northeast to the North
Washington waters by late Wednesday night or Thursday morning.
This will bring another round of gale force wind to the waters.
A stronger system will impact the waters Saturday.
