.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...
At 1 PM, a 1024 mb high was 500 NM west of Punta Eugenia, Mexico
and a 1004 mb low was over Bozeman, Montana. Weak to moderate
onshore flow will continue through Friday. A Small Craft Advisory
has been issued for strong southerly winds and choppy conditions
Friday night and Saturday morning as a storm arrives. A distinct
wind shift from south to west will occur with a front moving
through the coastal waters Saturday morning, with weaker winds and
less chop thereafter. There is a slight chance of thunderstorms
Saturday night through Sunday.

Swell west 3 to 4 feet at 6 seconds.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Wind south 10 knots with gusts to 15 knots...
becoming 15 to 25 knots after midnight. Wind waves around 2 feet
or less...becoming 4 to 5 feet after midnight. Swell west 2 to
3 feet at 13 seconds. Swell southwest 3 to 4 feet after midnight.
