...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 PM CDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN HOWARD...SOUTHEASTERN SEVIER...NORTHWESTERN NEVADA AND
NORTHERN HEMPSTEAD COUNTIES...

AT 108 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES FOUR TO EIGHT
INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN
SHORTLY.  ANOTHER TWO TO FOUR INCHES OF RAINFALL IS LIKELY FOR THE
REMAINDER OF THIS FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL
VERY LIKELY NEED TO EXTENDED FOR SEVERAL MORE HOURS.
