* AT 902 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN DUE TO THUNDERSTORMS STRETCHING FROM NEAR RATON EAST
  ALONG HIGHWAYS 72 AND 87 TOWARD DES MOINES AND FOLSOM. 1 TO 2
  INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN PORTIONS OF THE AREA WITH
  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL LIKELY...ESPECIALLY OVER NORTHERN UNION
  COUNTY. THIS HEAVY RAIN WILL IMPACT EAST FORK CREEK NEAR RATON...
  THE DRY CIMARRON RIVER...AND TRAVESSER CREEK EAST OF DES MOINES.
