...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 AM AKDT MONDAY FOR
THE TANANA RIVER AT FAIRBANKS...

SEVERAL INCHES OF RAIN OVER THE PAST FEW DAYS HAS CAUSED THE TANANA
RIVER TO RISE TO BANKFULL STAGE. AS A RESULT THE GROUND WATER TABLE
HAS RISEN...CAUSING PONDING OF WATER IN LOW LYING AREAS. THIS HAS
PARTICULARLY IMPACTED THE AREA DOWNSTREAM OF THE CONFLUENCE OF THE
CHENA AND TANANA RIVERS.

WATER LEVELS ON THE TANANA ARE EXPECTED TO RISE THROUGH MONDAY AND
REMAIN HIGH INTO NEXT WEEK.

THE RISING GROUNDWATER MAY MAKE SOME ROADS AND DRIVEWAYS IN THE
ROSIE CREEK SUBDIVISION IMPASSABLE. SOME AREAS IMPACTED INCLUDE:
ROSIE CREEK...MELANIE LN...BAURICK CT...PERKINS DRIVE AND
