THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD ADVISORY FOR HEAVY RAIN...
  CENTRAL RICHLAND COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO...

* UNTIL 800 PM EDT

* AT 505 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN IS FALLING OVER THE ADVISORY AREA. THE RAINFALL HAS BEEN
  HEAVY ENOUGH TO PRODUCE FLOODING. THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAS FALLEN
  OVER THE ROCKY CREEK WHICH COULD RISE UNEXPECTEDLY.

* LOCATIONS IN THE ADVISORY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  MANSFIELD...ONTARIO AND SHELBY

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES
AS WELL AS OTHER POORLY DRAINED LOW LYING SPOTS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY.
