...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 AM CDT TUESDAY FOR
WESTERN RENO AND WESTERN KINGMAN COUNTIES...

The threat for additional heavy rain has ended. However, three to
five inches of rain fell earlier Monday evening across western
portions of Reno and Kingman counties. Excessive runoff from this
heavy rain will support areas of minor flooding overnight, confined
primarily to small creeks and streams, streets, country roads,
farmland, and other low-lying and poor drainage areas.

Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Kingman, Arlington, Cunningham, Turon, Partridge, Sylvia, Plevna,
Abbyville, Nashville, Willowdale, Langdon, Penalosa and Kingman
Airport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
