FORECASTS...AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT

* UNTIL SATURDAY EVENING...OR UNTIL THE WARNING IS CANCELLED.
* AT  2:00 PM WEDNESDAY THE STAGE WAS 8.3 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 8.0 FEET.
* IMPACT...AT 8.0 FEET...MINOR LOWLAND FLOODING BEGINS.
