IT WILL BE BREEZY WITH A RISK OF SHOWERS INTO TONIGHT. LOW
PRESSURE WILL MOVE BY TO OUR NORTH AND REDEVELOP OFF THE
VIRGINIA CAPES THIS AFTERNOON. THIS LOW WILL THEN MOVE SLOWLY
NORTH AND RAPIDLY INTENSIFY INTO A MAJOR WINTER STORM FOR THE
NORTHEAST STATES. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD EASTWARD INTO THE
CAROLINAS TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY...MOVING OFFSHORE THURSDAY.
THE NEXT COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA EARLY FRIDAY
FOLLOWED BY HIGH PRESSURE FOR THE WEEKEND. A MUCH STRONGER
COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE AREA EARLY NEXT WEEK WHICH WILL BE
FOLLOWED BY ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE.
