.DISCUSSION...Temperatures will rebound into the upper 40s to low
50s Monday as RH values bottom out at 25-35 percent. South/southwest
winds of 5-10 mph Monday will increase to near 10-15 mph Tuesday ahead
of a front bringing a northerly wind shift into Wednesday. This front
will also allow minimum relative humidity values to recover into the
40-50 percent range Tuesday and Wednesday.
