Fire Weather Planning Forecast for South Florida
National Weather Service Miami FL
434 PM EDT Wed Mar 29 2017

A Red Flag Warning is in Effect for Collier County this Afternoon.
A Fire Weather Watch is in effect for Glades and Hendry County for
Thursday Afternoon.

.DISCUSSION...
High pressure will continue to bring dry weather for another day,
with relative humidity values dropping below 40 percent in Glades
and Hendry Counties tomorrow by mid day. The wind is forecast to
remain below critical levels. For Friday, moisture will increase as a
cold front moves into the area. There is still uncertainty if the
front will bring any showers or thunderstorms to South Florida on
Friday, with the forecast only calling for a slight chance of showers
and storms. However, if the front is able to remain strong enough,
the chances will be better for precipitation.

Fog development is possible in the interior areas tonight, and
Thursday night.
