Updated to add Red Flag Warning for fire zone 611

...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PDT THIS EVENING FOR
OREGON FIRE ZONE 611 AND FOR THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING ABUNDANT
LIGHTNING AND GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS...

...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
WEDNESDAY EVENING FOR OREGON FIRE WEATHER ZONES
610/611/640/642/643/644/645 FOR THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING ABUNDANT
LIGHTNING AND GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS...

.DISCUSSION...Thunderstorms that have developed south and east of
Prairie City and in central Oregon is producing enough lightning
strikes to warrant a Red Flag Warning through 10 PM. There will be
scattered thunderstorms over southern Oregon this evening, and
isolated thunderstorms will develop in the Deschutes National
Forest. On Wednesday, a low pressure system over northern California
will send moisture and energy across central and northeast Oregon
for scattered thunderstorms. Some storms may bring a tenth to a
quarter of an inch, but a few could bring a half inch of rain.
Washington and north central Oregon will be under a dry westerly
flow through Wednesday night but may see breezy winds on Thursday.

***Thunderstorms imply strong gusty winds***
***Winds are 20 foot 10 minute averages***
***CWR-chance of wetting rain 0.10 or greater***
