THIS EVENING FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE
SAN LUIS VALLEY...

.Discussion...

Critical fire weather conditions are expected today across the
San Luis Valley. Over the remainder of the district, critical fire
weather conditions are not anticipated.

A weak disturbance will move across the district later this
afternoon into this evening. This system will bring showers to
parts of the district, mainly along and north of highway 50.

Cooler weather will be over all of the district on Saturday with
scattered showers possible.

Sunday will generally be dry over the district with temperatures
warming up once again to around seasonable values.

Monday will be quite warm, dry, and windy. Critical fire weather
conditions will once again be possible over parts of the district.

Tuesday will be cool once again with a few scattered showers.

Unseasonably warm temperatures will once again be expected for mid
week.

Smoke dispersion values will vary considerably over the district
during the next couple of days. Please see the zone forecast below
for specific smoke dispersion forecasts.
