.DISCUSSION...Mild temperatures will continue today. The gusty
west-southwest winds over portions of northeast Wyoming and the Black
Hills will diminish this morning.

A storm system will move across the Rockies and into the plains
this weekend. Accumulating snow is expected across portions of northeast
Wyoming and western South Dakota...mainly south of Interstate 90. The
heaviest snow will be from the southern Black Hills into southwest and
south central South Dakota.

Near average temperatures with mainly dry conditions are expected for much
of next week.
