.DISCUSSION...Winds will continue to slowly decrease tonight,
although humidity recovery overnight should remain poor to fair.

Very warm weather is expected Thursday, especially over western
South Dakota, but relative humidities will be higher.

Much cooler and more moist conditions are expected for the end of
the week and especially over the weekend.
