.DISCUSSION...Another storm system will pass mostly south of the region
over the next few days. Good chances for wetting rains will spread into much
of northeast Wyoming, the Black Hills, and far southwest South Dakota
tonight and Friday, with drier conditions north and east of the Black Hills.
Somewhat warmer and drier conditions will then return for the weekend.
