NO PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED OVER THE FIRE AREA UNTIL LATE
TONIGHT...ESSENTIALLY AFTER MIDNIGHT WITH STEADY RAIN EXPECTED
OVER THE FIRE AREA ON THURSDAY AND CONTINUING INTO THURSDAY NIGHT.
TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE IN THE 1.00 TO 1.50 INCH RANGE.
VERY WARM TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON AND WILL FALL
VERY LITTLE TONIGHT. LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING RELATIVE HUMIDITY
VALUES WILL BE AROUND 60 PERCENT...THEN INCREASE INTO THE 80
PERCENT RANGE AFTER MIDNIGHT. WINDS WILL BE FROM THE SOUTH AND
SOUTHEAST THROUGH THIS EVENING AT SPEEDS IN THE 5 TO 10 MPH
RANGE...BUT THERE MAY BE GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH AFTER SUNSET BEFORE
THE RAIN MOVES IN. AGAIN STEADY RAIN ON THURSDAY WITH HIGHER
HUMIDITIES AND WINDS REMAINING FROM THE SOUTH AND SOUTHEAST AT 5
TO 10 MPH WITH SOME HIGHER GUSTS. RAIN WILL SLOWLY TAPER OFF
THURSDAY NIGHT WITH HIGH HUMIDITIES CONTINUING.
