.DISCUSSION...LOW PRESSURE NEAR THE DELMARVA COAST TODAY WILL
CONTINUE MOVING NORTHEASTWARD. HIGH PRESSURE MOVING INTO THE
FORECAST AREA FROM THE WEST TODAY WILL BE OVER THE AREA TONIGHT
AND OFF THE SOUTHEAST COAST TUESDAY. A FEW LIGHT SHOWERS ARE POSSIBLE
THIS AFTERNOON...MAINLY BETWEEN 3PM AND 6 PM. WIND WILL BE MAINLY NORTH
5 TO 10 MPH TODAY AND NORTHWEST TRANSPORT UP TO 15 MPH. FAVORABLE MIXING
HEIGHTS EXPECTED. THE AIR MASS SHOULD BE TOO DRY TONIGHT FOR FOG.
