HIGH PRESSURE WILL BE SETTLING OVER THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON. THIS
WILL BRING NEAR CALM SURFACE WINDS THIS AFTERNOON. HOWEVER AS
MIXING HEIGHTS INCREASE TO NEAR 3000 FEET AROUND NOON...TRANSPORT
WINDS WILL INCREASE TO WESTERLY 7 TO 10 MPH. AS THE AFTERNOON
PROGRESSES MIXING HEIGHTS WILL INCREASE TO NEAR 4000 FEET WITH
TRANSPORT WINDS REMAINING WESTERLY AROUND 7 TO 10 MPH. THIS WILL ALSO
BE THE BASE OF AN INVERSION WITH THE TOP OF THE INVERSION AROUND
7000 FT. EXPECT THE SMOKE TO RISE TO THE MIXING HEIGHT AND TO
REMAIN IN A LAYER AROUND THE MIXING HEIGHT THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.
