.DISCUSSION...A stalled front and upper-level disturbance over the
region has allowed either sprinkles or isolated to scattered rain

expected to continue off and on through Tuesday afternoon.
Approaching rain showers from the west this afternoon may be
light at first, but are expected to accumulate later tonight.
