LATE AFTERNOON. LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN AND GUSTY WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE
WITH THE EXPECTED SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY. SIMILAR CONDITIONS
ARE ANTICIPATED ON FRIDAY.
