Drier air behind a cold front will be reaching the rescue area
around the noon hour. There is still the possibility of an
isolated shower behind the front, but the threat of precipitation
and strong winds really decreases after noon. Clouds levels are
expected to rise this afternoon.

                    in the morning. Numerous snow showers.
