AROUND 10 MPH BY THE LATE MORNING AND AFTERNOON HOURS. MINIMUM
RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES AROUND 40 PERCENT ARE EXPECTED SATURDAY
AFTERNOON. HIGH PRESSURE WILL SHIFT OFFSHORE ON SATURDAY NIGHT AND
SUNDAY...WITH WINDS SHIFTING TO A SOUTHEAST TO SOUTHERLY DIRECTION
