SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS AROUND 15 MPH ARE EXPECTED...WITH OCCASIONAL
GUSTS AROUND 20 MPH POSSIBLE. DRY WEATHER IS EXPECTED THROUGH
TONIGHT...WITH ONLY AN ISOLATED BRIEF SHOWER POSSIBLE MOVING INLAND
FROM THE COASTAL WATERS. WINDS WILL REMAIN ONSHORE OVERNIGHT...WITH
SURFACE SPEEDS DECREASING TO 5-10 MPH. MAINLY EAST WINDS ARE EXPECTED
ON WEDNESDAY...WITH SURFACE SPEEDS INCREASING TO NEAR 15 MPH BY THE
LATE MORNING HOURS. RAIN CHANCES WILL REMAIN ONLY 10 PERCENT DUE TO
