.DISCUSSION...
Strong winds will continue through the afternoon until sunset.  Current
observations near the spot request from the Silverton West Texas
Mesonet site are are Temp 57, dewpoint -2.1, wind west at 34G41 mph,
RH 9 percent.  Wind speeds will remain 30G40 mph through the afternoon
decreasing to around 15G25 by 6 pm.  RH values will remain around 10
percent until sunset then slowly climb to above 20 percent by 8 pm.
Can expect another breezy day Sunday but wind speeds will be 20G30 from
the west again with little overnight moisture recovery taking place.
