.DISCUSSION...
Light southwest winds will turn due south towards 8 PM, with some
southeast winds at times through 10 PM, before shifting back to
southwest by midnight. No gusts of significance are expected tonight.
Expect moderate relative humidity recoveries near 50% toward daybreak.

Stronger southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph will develop around noon
on Thursday, which could fan any hotspots lingering from the wildfire.
Minimum humidities of 10-13% are likely by Thursday afternoon.
