.DISCUSSION...
Warm temperatures and potential for mixing could translate in brief periods
of conditions near red flag during the rest of this afternoon, but so far
relative humidities have remained above critical levels. Therefore, the fire
weather watch is no longer in effect. A brief light rain shower cannot be
ruled out later this afternoon or n the evening hours. The moderate to strong
transport winds will decrease tonight and become much weaker on Monday as
surface winds become light or even variable at times by Monday afternoon.
