.DISCUSSION...
Light variable winds this morning will gradually shift southeast
after sunrise before increasing this afternoon. Expect southeast
winds increasing with gusts up to 20 mph by mid morning with less
chance of rain as most of the convection will mainly be focus to
further north of the site. Dispersion values will be above 30
after 9 AM this morning. More sunshine is expected today with
minimum relative humidity values lowering to 60 percent. Tonight,
dispersion will lower as light winds are expected. Friday drier
