LOW PRESSURE OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS WILL MOVE ACROSS ILLINOIS AND
INTO THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY THURSDAY. THIS ALONG WITH HIGH PRESSURE
ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS WILL CONTINUE TO BRING GUSTY EAST
TO NORTHEAST WINDS AT TIMES INTO THURSDAY.

IT WILL ALSO BRING INCREASING CLOUDS.  AN AREA OF LIGHT RAIN SHOULD
REACH INTO AREAS SOUTHWEST OF MADISON THIS AFTERNOON...AND ACROSS THE
ENTIRE AREA TONIGHT.  THE RAIN SHOULD LINGER INTO THURSDAY.
