DRY NORTHWEST FLOW ALOFT SETTING UP ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF
THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER VALLEY. INCREASING HIGH CLOUDS FROM THE WEST ARE
EXPECTED TONIGHT WITH SOME CLEARING TO TAKE PLACE LATER ON FRIDAY.
EXPECT HIGH TEMPERATURES FRIDAY NEAR SEASONAL NORMALS...WITH VERY LOW
MINIMUM RH VALUES. WINDS IN THE YUMA AREA WILL PERSIST MAINLY OUT OF
THE NORTH OR NORTHEAST TONIGHT INTO TOMORROW...MOSTLY LESS THAN 15
