.DISCUSSION...A weak weather system will move eastward across Western
Washington tonight and Thursday. This will increase cloud cover and humidity
as well as bring a slight chance for showers over the area. Any showers would
end by mid-morning Thursday followed by clearing but temperatures being below
normal. Another upper level ridge will build into the region Friday and remain
in place into next week  resulting in another stretch of dry weather and above
normal  temperatures.

 Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
