SPOT FORECAST FOR TA 12...JBLM FISH AND WILDLIFE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SEATTLE WA
834 AM PDT WED SEP 2 2015

FORECAST IS BASED ON IGNITION TIME OF 0845 PDT ON SEPTEMBER 02.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE...CONTACT THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE IN SEATTLE.

.DISCUSSION...THE UPPER LEVEL LOW RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS PROLONGED
EPISODE OF COOL AND WET WEATHER IS EXPECTED TO MOVE SOUTHEAST THROUGH
THE AREA TODAY AND INTO THURSDAY BRINGING ANOTHER ROUND OF
WIDESPREAD RAIN AND THE POTENTIAL FOR ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS.
CURRENT RADAR SHOWS A BREAK IN SHOWER ACTIVITY OVER THE BURN SITE
AND THAT LOOKS TO CONTINUE AT LEAST FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.
PROGRESSING INTO THE AFTERNOON HOWEVER...AS THE UPPER LEVEL LOW
DRAWS CLOSER...IT IS EXPECTED THAT WILL BE WHEN SHOWERS AND
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL START TO BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD. GIVEN
THE SLOW PROGRESS OF THIS LOW...SOME OF THIS ACTIVITY MAY WELL
SPILL OVER INTO THURSDAY MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON...BUT IT WILL
BE MORE SCATTERED. ONCE THE LOW REACHES SOUTHERN OREGON ON FRIDAY
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO START TO DRY OUT.
