.DISCUSSION...
Gusty northeast winds this evening will gradually weaken
overnight. However, humidity recovery is expected to be very poor.
Hot and extremely dry conditions will continue on Tuesday. Winds
will shift to the west-southwest around 1100 PDT and strengthen
slightly during the afternoon as the sea breeze develops. Winds
will diminish in the evening with better humidity recovery Tuesday
night.
