MONSOON MOISTURE AND A WEAK UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE IS MOVING TO
THE NORTH AND WEST OUT OF MEXICO AND ARIZONA. THIS IS KICKING OFF
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IN THE MOUNTAINS AND DESERTS FROM
SAN DIEGO COUNTY NORTHWARD TO THE SAN BERNARDINO MOUNTANS NEAR THE
LAKE FIRE. THE THUNDERSTORM INTENSITY AND COVERAGE WILL DECREASE
THIS EVENING...BUT THE RISK OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE OVER-
NIGHT INTO THURSDAY AS THIS UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES OVERHEAD.
