.DISCUSSION...Very dry conditions are in place and will continue
through at least the first half of this week under high pressure.
Stable weather conditions with weak winds aloft will lead to very
poor mixing and unfavorable clearing through at least Wednesday.
There is a small chance for an increase in clearing Thursday,
however values will likely struggle to reach 400. A better chance
exists for Friday into Saturday for better mixing and perhaps
better clearing values. No precipitation is expected for the next
6-8 days.
