.DISCUSSION...Gusty west winds will occur today over the eastern
Slopes of the southern Sierra as a cold front pushes through the
region. Winds will gradually shift more to the northwest late this
evening with speeds decreasing to around 10 to 15 mph with gusts
also decreasing. No precipitation is expected and only a few clouds
are forecast. Humidity recoveries will be good overnight. Much
lighter winds are forecast on Friday.
