ONTARIO TO QUEBEC ON THURSDAY. MEANWHILE...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.50
INCHES...WILL MOVE FROM THE SOUTHERN PLAINS TODAY TO THE MID
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY ON THURSDAY. THIS LOW WILL THEN LIFT ACROSS THE
EASTERN GREAT LAKES ON FRIDAY...WEAKENING AS IT HEADS EAST OF THE
