IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES OVER THE UPPER MIDWEST
THIS MORNING WILL DRIFT ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN TONIGHT...THEN
SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT. LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES WILL DEVELOP ACROSS CENTRAL CANADA
SATURDAY NIGHT AND MOVE TO ONTARIO SUNDAY DEEPENING TO 29.3
INCHES. A COLD FRONT TRAILING SOUTH FROM THIS LOW WILL MOVE ACROSS
THE LAKE BY SUNDAY NIGHT. AS THE LOW CONTINUES EASTWARD...A WEAK
HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE OF 30.1 INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS THE WESTERN
GREAT LAKES.
