Daily Hydrologic Activities Discussion

Wednesday July 23, 2014


Light precipitation was observed across Montana, the Dakotas, Nebraska,
and the Kansas border over the 24-hour period, ending at 12 Z this
morning.  A locally moderate rainfall band was reported from  central
to southern Nebraska, where up to 1.52 inches of precipitation was
noted.  Elsewhere, less than 0.70 inches of precipitation was observed.

This system is forecast to move slightly north and out of the Missouri
basin over the following 24 hours.  Less than 0.50 inches of rainfall
is expected.

There is presently no flooding in the basin and none is forecast over
the following 24 hours.
