TROPICAL DEPRESSION TWO IS FORECAST TO BECOME A TROPICAL STORM ON
SATURDAY AND DEEP TROPICAL MOISTURE MOVING OVER THE REGION WILL
POSE A HEAVY RAIN THREAT. SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL COULD LEAD TO
LOCALIZED FLOODING OVER THE WEEKEND INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK.
