THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

AFTERNOON HEAT INDICES FROM 105 TO 109 ARE LIKELY ACROSS THE
VICTORIA CROSSROADS...COASTAL PLAINS...AND ALONG THE RIO GRANDE
THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. ISOLATED LOCATIONS MAY HAVE HEAT
INDICES WHICH BRIEFLY REACH OR EXCEED 110 DEGREES.

A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT
ACROSS THE VICTORIA CROSSROADS AND FAR NORTHERN BRUSH COUNTRY.
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL MAY ACCOMPANY THE SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED FRIDAY AND SATURDAY DUE TO A
COLD FRONT MOVING INTO SOUTH TEXAS.  DUE TO THE SLOW MOVEMENT OF
THESE STORMS...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE. AVERAGE
RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE ONE-HALF OF AN INCH OR LESS WITH ISOLATED
AMOUNTS POSSIBLY EXCEEDING 1 TO 3 INCHES IN SOME LOCATIONS. A FEW
STRONG STORMS WITH GUSTY WINDS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE.
