TEXAS COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TODAY. GUSTY
WINDS...BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH THE THUNDERSTORMS. THERE IS A MODERATE RISK OF RIP
CURRENTS FOR GULF FACING BEACHES TODAY AND TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MAY OCCUR ON THURSDAY. SLIGHTLY
BETTER CHANCES OF ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE
POSSIBLE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL MAY ACCOMPANY
THE STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS...BUT WIDESPREAD FLOODING IS NOT
ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME.

AFTERNOON HEAT INDICES MAY REACH AND/OR BRIEFLY EXCEED 105 DEGREES
OVER THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND AND EARLY NEXT WEEK.
